Burgess Management Services, LLC is a full service Property Management and Business Management Company.

I have 35 years of experience, beginning with and still currently managing the largest, multi-use business development in Alachua, Progress Park. I am well seasoned with working along with property owners, developers, contractors, landscapers, the local government and many other professionals.

When you allow Burgess Management Services, LLC to assist you in the management of your association or business, you get the personal attention of Sandy Burgess, not the "Property Manager of the month". It is not my intention to take on every account in Alachua County; I only want to take on small and mid-sized communities surrounding the Alachua County area. That way these are communities that I can visit often and be available to provide dependable and professional service which help you preserve the value of your home and neighborhood.
